/68 Birch Lane sat on the market from February 2015 through May 2016 and remained unsold, even though its price during those 463 days dropped from an initial $6.895 to $5.995 million. Today comes news that it has sold for $9.1 million.
The property never hit the MLS (which isn’t uncommon these days, because agents with buyers are scouring old sales to see whether anyone is ready to sell), so I don’t have any details on what, if any improvements were made between 2016 and now, but the link goes to a video from that original listing and you can see that it was a very nice house even then. And the Birch Lane pond is a definite plus.
