Pending on Stanwich

The owner of 400 Stanwich Road paid $5.5 million for it in June ‘22, did nothing to it, and put it back up for sale a year later this past June priced at $6.250. Apparently, the market hasn’t increased that much, so she dropped the price to $5.950 and now it’s pending. My guess on the final price? Closer to $5.5.
