Still a third Lyon Farm condo sold last week

This one must have slipped in just at the closing bell yesterday. 604 W Lyon Farm, listed at $1.625 million, sold for $1.8. The pictures have been yanked from the MLS, so no link, but I’m including some from the original listing. Two points of interest: the unit looks as though it hasn’t been updated since this development went up in 1977 or, possibly in the 90s; it sold in 2005 during the years of madness for $1.590. Lyon Farm slipped into dormancy after that bubble burst in 2008, or has only really started recovering in 2021. Considered in current dollars compared to 2005, it still has a way to go.
