No matter how strong the market, you can still overprice a house
/157 Stanwich Road (no link — pictures have been yanked from the Internet, so I’m tossing in a few from the MLS) closed Friday $1.6 million, after starting off in September at $2.250. There is nothing wrong with house, but it’s a 1960 split-level, and buyers weren’t willing to pay a premium for this one.
