An older house that was completely redone and expanded in 2020, these owners bought it in December of that year for $1.695; assuming its brief stay on the market indicates a bidding war, they’ll certainly have come out ahead on the “rent-or-buy?” question.

Valleywood’s always attracted buyers despite its serving as a cut-trough, and I share the market’s enthusiasm for the place. It’s convenient, the neighbors are nice, and the houses have charm. So I get it.
