The owners of 10 Maher Avenue paid $2.650 million for it in March 2023 and have returned it to the market for that same price. I hope there’s a happy reason for this shortened occupancy, such as a job promotion and relocation, or the inheritance of a house from a maiden aunt on Florida’s Indian Creek Island.
