2-lot sale on Bobolink

28 & 30 Bobolink Lane, two, two-acre lots, has closed at $7.5 million. Although it sold sold direct, it was listed on the MLS (beginning in October, ‘23) at $8.995. There’s what looks like a perfectly nice 1949 home on it, but the property was marketed as two building lots, so I guess we can say goodbye to all that.
