22 Dairy Road, new construction, has been dropped from $18.950 million to $16.5.

The land this house was built on was more popular: 2.7 acres in the R-2 zone, it was listed at $3.195 in July 2021 — a buyers stampede ensued, and it sold for $3.530 million. That, of course, was just a drop in the bucket of the total building costs (is there room here to mention squeezing the last drop of profit out of the deal? No? Well, tough titty.)
