/10 Maher Avenue, priced at $2.650 million, has gone pending after just 6 days. When I wrote about this house on the 24th I noted that the owners had just bought it for that same amount in March of ‘23. Not that long ago, selling a house just 10 months after its purchase would mean some sort of out-of-pocket loss, even if it were just the approximate 7% transaction costs. The speed of this sale suggests that the sellers will be just fine in that regard.
