Another "No one's gonna steal MY house!" (would-be, won't-be) seller
/30 Brookridge Drive has stood fast on its $5.5 million price tag since last October, so far without success. Perhaps this part of its “notes to brokers” is limiting its appeal to buyers:
Agent to Agent Rmrks: Call for full details on very localized fire within the house”
The property comprises 4+ acres, which in this neighborhood is almost unheard of, but if after all these months, no one’s appeared at the door with checkbook in hand, it’s probably time to take another look at that price. Unfortunately, no one wants to take on an unfinished renovation project except at a substantial discount.
