9 Hillside Drive, $2.995 million. I wrote about this listing when it came back on the market December 1st at this price after failing to sell for $2.575 in 2021. The current owners paid $1.955 for it in 2019, a deep discount from the $2.995 it had started at in 2017.
2023 was a remarkable year for Greenwich real estate; we’ll see if that continues.
