That won’t be the $3.5 milion hoped for when it was put up for sale last July, but the owners had snapped it up for $1.950 million during the COVID market of 2022, so they probably thought there was more appreciation in the ensuing year than actually took place.

I suggested as much back in September, when that $3.5 price was cut to its current ask of $2.495.
