In case you're wondering, no, there's almost no real estate activity being reported, and there won't be for days

On January 12, the real estate community rested from its labors of the preceding two weeks and took a four-day break for MLK Day. It’s been four weeks since then, and everyone’s exhausted from computing and collecting their commissions, so they’ve shut down the MLS again and taken off for another four-day holiday. If they can get back from Vermont and Florida in time, look for activity to resume Tuesday — or next Friday, for sure. Certainly, no later than the 26th.
