Just to prove his critics right, Joe's handlers are sending him to a location where border fencing has stopped the flow of aliens (UPDATED)

Biden's border trip will be missing one key thing... MIGRANTS: Crossing where Joe's 'photo op' will take place is now just piles of trash and bored guards who'd have nothing to do since Texas set up concertina wire

Rows of fencing, entwined with concertina wire, shone in the hot Texas sun. The 12-foot-tall wire fence panels are laced with a 3-foot looping layer of concertina wire in order prevent migrants from trying to climbing it. Mexico is visible just across the Rio Grande.

But there were no signs of anyone trying to make the short crossing over to the United States. Piles of trash lined the river banks, however, left over from six months ago when Brownsville was a major migration hot spot, seeing up to 10,000 crossings a day.

Readers with a long memory will remember Ol’ Dendable’s previous and only trip to Texas a year-ago in January 2023, where, amazingly, there were no illegals to be seen or photographed by the press.

CNN —

President Joe Biden visited the US-Mexico border on Sunday for the first time as president, but he did not appear to see or meet with migrants, including during a trip to a migrant respite center.

Biden spent several hours in El Paso in his first visit to the southern border as president, following growing outcry and criticism that he had not yet seen the crisis created by the record number of migrants trekking to the border first hand. But that brief visit appeared largely focused on enforcement issues and speaking with border enforcement personnel. Reporters on the ground did not see any migrants at the respite center during the president’s visit there, nor along the motorcade routes throughout the afternoon.

Asked to explain the thinking behind having Biden visit this specific center and ultimately not meeting or interacting with any migrants there, a senior administration official told CNN, “There just weren’t any at the center when he arrived. Completely coincidental. They haven’t had any today.”

It’s all reminiscent of Governor Noisome’s removal of San Francisco’s street people last November in order to create a Potemkin Village before the APEC conference. The bums, crazies, and criminals were pushed out of sight and forced to live under highway bridges for few days, and then came rushing back, bringing their drugs and filth with them

Noisome showed that San Francisco could clean up its streets if it decided to, just as Joe will show today that border walls and concertina wire will work, if his handlers would allow it.
