The poor mayor is not the only one being savaged by racists, alas:

And then there’s this poor victim, the mayor of an all-black Chicago suburb, Dolton Village:

Mayor Tiffany Henyard: "You all should be ashamed of yourselves because you all black & you sitting here attacking a black woman in power" This was her response when questioned about using tax funds to pay for lavish trips, 1st class tickets, a $1M giveaway, and a $287k salary

“Township credit card records show Henyard and other officials spent more than $67,000 on trips to Portland, Austin, Atlanta and New York City.  Many of the flights were first class. So were the accommodations. In Atlanta, Henyard and her team stayed at the Four Seasons hotel costing taxpayers more than $9,000. In New York, the bill came to $13,000.”
