/They’re all reported pending today, having moved from just listed to pending with no pause at “under contract”; final selling prices won’t be known until they close, but it’s probaby safe to assume that there will be some above-ask sales among them.
101 Brookside Drive, $9.895 million, nine days. No link, because they’ve yanked all the interior shots from the MLS and the internet, but it’s a 1905 house redone to NYC co-op style, meaning lots of black trim and an antiseptic kitchen. Not my taste, but I’m sure Manhattanites drooled over it.
