Alright, that’s an old real estate agent cliche that usually comes back to bite anyone foolish enough to use it, but I do think that Ann Simpson’s new listing at 8 Pinecrest Road will sell quickly (and no, she’s not saying it, I am.) It’s a very nice house in a great location on a nifty little Riverside dead end. $3.195 million, in this market, is not crazy at all.
