No particular reason to post this except that it's funny (Updated)

UPDATE: This picture reminded me of a novel I read recently, written in 2010 or so, in which an FBI agent, speaking of chasing a fugitive, says, “If ten years ago Congress had proposed a law requiring citizens to wear a radio tag around their necks so that we could track them, there’d have been a revolution; now, we all wear them voluntarily”.

That’s not so funny.
