Greenwich Police arrested a Florida man on Thursday afternoon after responding to the area of 20 East Elm Street on a report of disorderly conduct.
Police said that upon investigation, officers were able to determine that Robert Steven Adelman, 75 [!] of Boynton Beach, FL, had intended to cause annoyance and alarm to the victim by kicking her front passenger side door.
