4 Cherry Blossom Road, at the northern terminus of Taconic, is new to the market today at $9.650 million. It last sold in 2021 for $7.5 million, so whether the market has improved enough to justify a 29% increase in value will have to be seen, but way back in 2007 for $10.750, so there’s that. Of course, things went haywire after 2007, but ….
