New listing on North Street

1 Joshua Lane, nee 450 North Street, is new on the market today at $7.495 million. Originally a 2209-2009 spec project, its builder ran into trouble with his lenders and was forced to sell it in 2013 for $3.675 million, quite a come down from his original ‘09 price of $6.899. Even though it still needed a lot of work at the time, that was a pretty good price; I myself showed it to a couple of bottom feeder clients (my favorite kind) back in 2011-2012 but, while tempted, they didn’t bite.

Those buyers did the necessary work and resold it to the present owners for $4.750 in 2016, who continued to improve it, and now here we are.
