Riverside price cut
/33 Breezemont Avenue, which I wrote about last year, has dropped to $1.895 million from its September ask of $2.195. There’s still some equity in this property, but its $1,508 mortgage is being foreclosed on, and the longer that litigation drages on, the more the equity will be eaten up by lawyers’ fees (NTTAWWT). It’s long past time to sell.
