/7 S. Crossway, $5.995 million. It was on the market for 63 days, so presumably, it’s selling for less than the asking price, but I’m sure it’s still fetching a hefty sum.
I love Lucas Point; it’s my favorite neighborhood in Old Greenwich, and is certainly in my top 3-4 in all of Greenwich. Small enough to know one’s neighbors, quiet streets, beautiful homes, a community boatyard, and there’s that little private beach across Shore Road.
