New Listing on Lake

530 Lake Avenue, $5.995 million. I last saw this house when it was on the market in 2005; I liked it then, and it still looks good. Back then, the house was listed originally for $5.195 million and went unsold for 7 months until the current owner picked it up for $4.475 in March 2006. I wouldn’t expect it linger on the market this time, because it’s a nice house and fairly priced, I think, for this market. And right now, there’s not much comparable to it in its price range.
