71 Fairfield Road, $2.395 million. It’s on a busy road, and the layout here as always struck me as a bit of a hodgepodge, but at this price (a few owners back, in 2009, someone tried for $2.895 and that didn’t work for some reason) not too bad.
Plus, it has a swamp feature in back that, with a good mowing, can be pretty.
