The lot is 4.6 acres, but with wetlands and conservation “issues”, so the listing’s description that mentions “a rare opportunity for possible 3 lots” may have raised false hopes. Public gas and sewer on the land, so something can be done here, but, it seems, not as much as was envisioned.
