The U.S. Government-owned property at 8 Lindsay Drive, priced at $7.150 million, is reported pending.

The former owner, one Ahmed Iftikar, paid $9.625 for the place in 2007, but let’s put “paid” in quotes, because at least according to the government, Mr. Iftikar was using other people’s money to finance his spending. That’s always a wise tactic when dealing in real estate or boating, I’ve found.
