And why not? 562 Riversville Road was purchased for $2.275 million in 1995, yet priced at just $1.695 57 days ago, and has now sold for $1.670. 1988 didn't mark the highpoint of architectural design here in Greenwich but this is a nice enough house anyway, on 2+ acres. It was sold "as is", though it certainly isn't falling down.

Very decent buy for this area, I believe.
