Asking $4.950 million. Discussed here last summer, but unfortunately that discussion was lost to the ozone when the bloghost was switched. In any event, a grand old, 1855 house in front with a mostly modern interior. Works for me, very well, and its facade provides a graceful gateway when approaching town from the north. Ignoring its unsuccessful bid to find a buyer in the two years between 2006-2008, this has been on since April, when it started at $5.2.
I'm glad it found someone who appreciates it; nice house.
20 Laurel Road
Further north, 20 Laurel Road, asking $2.4, is also pending. Not much to say about it - it's surely going as land, and 2.5 acres for $2.4 in this area is about what you'd expect (and even more expected if it's selling for somewhat less).
