There's still money around for Greenwich waterfront

It just takes a while for it to show up. 60-62 Oneida Drive, 6 acres, two lots, $21.500 million. We've written about it before (EOS, my webmaster is working on bringing back 5 years of archives) as it's sat on the market over the years at $25 million. Direct, deep-water waterfront, good neighborhood; what's not to like? Besides, it's right down the cove from Ivana's, so maybe The Donald will pay a nostalgic visit.

Owners paid just $11 million for it and sub-divided it, and that's about it, so a tidy profit here.
