20 Ann Street, August contract, closed yesterday at $3 million. Nice, older home that desperately needs a kitchen blown out and redone, but at 0.67 acre, this could be a land sale.
(Just for comparison fun, check out 2 Lower Cross Road, discussed here yesterday, which just sold for $4 million. Sheesh - whoever said real estate is location, location location is certainly being proved right these days.)
