One Ledge Road (corner of Shore)
New listing at One Ledge Road, Old Greenwich, $4.795 million. Built in 2014 by Sabag, so very high quality is assumed (broker open house tomorrow). This price is higher than some other recent Shore Road sales, but it's probably going to do well regardless.
As always, we'll just have to wait and see.
