Perfect little in-town house; I wouldn't have bought it

195 Lake Avenue has sold at its full asking price of $1.875 million. This sold so quickly - 40 days - and at such a high price, that there must have been several buyers clamoring for it, so my personal resistance to its charms was obviously not shared by the buying public.

I understand  why this has such appeal: it's got privacy, a young couple can walk to the Avenue, its close to everything, and its truly beautiful inside. All  that said, this is a lot of money to sink into this location, and i think i'd have graciously stepped aside and let one of those other eager buyers have it.
