This provides an interesting contrast to 195 Lake Avenue, discussed below. Same basic price, and although this one is newer, it's still old enough (1909) to offer plenty of charm.Unlike Lake, however, this one needs everything; definitely not a turn-key purchase. But it probably has more upside, because its removed from the road and sits on almost 3/4 of an acre. Really, then, two different buyers, with two different budgets. 

But two very nice houses. This one, by the way, started off at $2.695 back in May, 2015 and as we've seen, that was too high.
