30 Brookridge Drive, asking $3.9 million, for a 1913 house that could use some work and 4.2 acres (two separate lots). "Some work" is an understatement, and I fear that this home won't be with us next year, but I hope I'm wrong. Someone could bring this house back and have a pretty incredible mini-estate right in town, albeit at great expense.
