And a new listing on Lauder Way
/No. 2 Lauder Way, in fact, asking $7.295 million. I've always admired this house whenever it has been up for sale, and each new owner has done more with it. Lauder is a close-to-town location, and that adds to the draw. The rap among agents and, presumably, buyers, is that no matter what an owner does to it the building remains 1967 construction. I didn't agree, or at least I didn't think that was a bad thing, but certainly the last time this house was for sale in the $7s - $7.995, dropping to $7.250 in 2011-2012, it ultimately fetched just $6.2.
Now those buyers are testing the $7s again; we'll see. It is a nice house.
