Not to be outdone by 21 Konittekock's sale at $3.4 on an original ask price of $6.8, the owners of 2 Windrose Way, Mead Point, have sold their $11.2 - ask property for $5.425. "Anywhere they can go, we can go lower", listing agent Mary Ann Heaven crowed to FWIW.

(Okay, Mary Ann didn't really say that, and in fairness, she wasn't the broker who came up with that first price back in 2011, but she's a friend and it's fun to tease.)

But speaking of that first price, long ago I had clients who were interested in making an offer in the mid-$6s for this place and I was told by the then-agent not to bother, because "the owners have worked out their financial difficulties and this is no longer a distress sale". That turned out to be an overly-optimistic view of the situation, because this sale ultimately required bankruptcy court approval to proceed.
