One Pinetum Lane, fronting on Bible Street, has also cut its price $800,000, like 186 Shore Road, and is now asking $4.475 million. But Bible Street, Cos Cob, is not Shore Road, Old Greenwich, proximity to Scarpelli's Sausage store notwithstanding, There have been two sales at or close to $4 million on Bible Street, but they happened during the madness of the 2006-2007s, and I'm not convinced that era has returned to Cos Cob.
