6 Stallion Trail has closed for $1.250 million. Not the house of my dreams, and certainly not an ideal location, backing up to the Merritt, but at this price, I get it. The seller paid $850,000 for it in 1990, which according to the CPI index, would be $1.580 today, and it's been maintained and updated during that time.

There are a lot of people who'd like to move into Greenwich to take advantage of our schools and amenities - hey, it's a nice town - and this price allowed that.
