12 Sawmill Lane (taken from the rear, because you can't stand far enough back from the front to take a picture, due to trees and other obstacles)

12 Sawmill Lane is finally pending. Last asking price was $3.795, 2013 price was $7.8 million, and while the MLS records no longer go back that far, I think agent Dianne Carnegie had it on even earlier than that, at an even more inflated price. Great land, convenient location, but needs simply everything and it did back when it was so overpriced. Showed it as recently as this fall to clients who really wanted an old, gracious home and were perfectly willing to do a fair amount of work bringing one back, and even they were daunted.

But again, great yard.
