31 Lane, $5.395 million. i haven't seen it yet, but from the pictures it looks like a very gracious 1920's house, clearly (?) added onto over the years, and modernized along the way. I'll reserve judgment on the price and wait for the market to speak to that.

The back yard seems limited -again, judging from pictures and satellite views only - despite its 3 aces, because of lot shape and wetlands, but there's a large side yard, which should suffice.

I'd say the master bath could use  re-do.

But all in all, it looks beautiful, and this end of Sawmill is a really convenient location, so that's a good combination.
