Maybe so: we'll see. 31 North Porchuck hit the market today at $10 million, joining 33 other homes priced between $8.5-$12 million, and the sellers are presumably hoping it will be one of the lucky few in that spectrum (3, in the past year) to find a buyer. 

The same house sold new for $7.850 in 2007 and these owners paid $6.250 for it in 2009. 

I'm sure it's a nice house, but location counts, and N. Porchuck is innumerate.
