Joe Barbieri's got the clout to make things happen

He managed to seize the Greenwich zebra skin, which is passed around by home stagers and only allowed to be used at one house at a time. Here it is in his new listing at 14 Mountain Wood. 

Phew! I was worried that all of the hide had been used on that staircase at 5 Dairy, but not so: scraps were left over, and Joe got 'em. If only the owners of 14 N. Porchuck had thought to use Joe's team, they'd be counting their money now, instead of peering down their driveway, hoping for visitors.
