25 Leeward Lane, Riverside, asking $3.675million. Surprises the hell out of me: it's a very small cottage on an acre. Its price strikes me as high for a land sale, but I'm not sure what you do with the cottage other than use it as a guest house for overflow visitors, which I think is what the current owners do.

400 Sound Beach Avenue, Old Greenwich

Less surprising is 400 Sound Beach Avenue, priced at $2.295 million. Nice old (1899) home, but with steam heat and window a/c, the buyers have some updating to do.
