Sold, finally

25 The Ridgeway (don't ask me), $3.727 million. As I've written here before, a gorgeous 1900 home on almost 3 acres in Rock Ridge, but in need of extensive updating. Its 2013 price of $5.895 drove off my own clients, who loved it, and kept others away too, until its price finally came down to some kind of sane level.

It's annoying, but not frustrating - you get used to it in this business - to recall that I told my clients way back then, "it should go for around $3.5, but they're not ready to hear that, so let's go on."  Obviously, other agents and buyers came to the same conclusion but yet ....

 Nonetheless, a truly fine house.
