It's got two zebras and the orange, but is that enough to overcome Glenville Road?

After a year on the market, 80 Glenville Road, which started at $2.995, is down to $2.495. In fact, it looks like a very nice house, but I'm convinced that if the market has rejected a house priced at $2.995 for a full year, two price cuts totaling $500,000 may not do it.

I hope I'm wrong: as I said, it's a very decent house and I certainly wish the sellers no ill, but if two zebras can't move it, that price probably has to go.
