Oops! Scratch one pending sale from the nose-bleed-altitude list
/114 Cedar Cliff Road, Riverside, which last month was reported as "pending" - no contingencies unmet, has returned to the market at $7.395 million, down from its March price of $7.895. It started at $10.750 million in 2014, a preposterous price, and I don't know what happened to derail this contract, but the new price suggests that that was (roughly) what the sellers had agreed to accept in March - sadly (for sellers), what usually happens in cases like this is that the next interested party looks at that price and decides to go lower.
