A judge has declared a confused individual "non-gender". No word whether the same judge is also overruling definitions of species and repealing "A is A", but presumably those of you wishing to identify as unicorns or three-legged monkeys will find satisfaction in this woman (oops! -this judge's) courtroom.

Next week - gravity declared an unconstitutional impingement on the right to soar like an eagle.
