New Riverside listing

26 Marks Road, asking $3.349 million. Nice house built by Kaali-Nagy in 2011, but priced stupidly back then at $3.999, so it sat for two full years before these owners picked it up for $3 million. 

Good location, small but serviceable back yard. This part of the listing strikes me as odd, however:

Family room wall mounted flat screen television excluded. Lower level wall mounted flat screen television in gym excluded.

Really? For three million dollars the sellers won't toss in a couple of televisions that will be soon be obsolete anyway? Strange.
