28 Boulder Brook Road, from $2.095 million to $1.999, so not much of one, but the owners paid $2.375 for it back in the heady days of 2007, so their reluctance to go lower is understandable. Back in 2007 the house had potential but was in definite need of a do-over (which made its initial asking price of $2.999 pretty silly), and it looks as though these owners have done that.

Boulder Brook has seen some expensive home sales in the past, and it's never a bad idea to buy a (relatively) inexpensive house on a street like that.
